So if you live your life in a three piece suit,
In a cocktail dress, or combat boots
You pick your path and you walk your truth
And the world will come round to you.

Pop the cork, a champagne glass
Raise to the future, drink to the past
Thank the Lord for the friends he cast,
In the play he wrote for you.

Thanks to those who have talked to me about my non-blogging existence for the past couple months :) I miss you all too!!

Unfortunately, not much as happened in terms of new and cool events.

Since I last blogged, I convocated (hoorah!) and had a great get-together with a lot of my favourite people from school. I also started the work-life, which has kept me pretty busy. I love what I do and the people I work with and the whole environment there though. I also went through almost a week of orientation with some good brainwashing so I'm super pro this company now -- gots me my blue stamp and everything :)

Uhmm.....what else....

Oh, I saw Madagascar with my buddy V -- good movie but I really think the madagascan king-of-the-weasels guy was scary. I'm easily scared. Luckily, V eased the fear with DVDs of 5 seasons of Gilmore Girls (V, you saved my life!) ;) heheheheheeeee....which subsequently led to a lot of DVD watching.....hey -- everyone has their shows, dammit. let me have mine :)

I also saw The Island -- no freaky king but for people who know me and movies, I was scared during that one too. nice puma gear though and the bar had a good juice selection. I wouldn't mind living there for a week :)

This weekend, I decided to take a break from work...haha well, kind of. It's been on my mind but I haven't really kicked it into gear. I did, however, go to a mall (haha shopping for the female soul). I also wanted to hang out with the family so thought about going to see a movie. The summer supply of movies wasn't really striking our fancy so the next logical choice for legal movies was renting. So me and Vic walked into Blockbuster and was greeted by someone there who asked if he could help us look for something. Vic said, 'no, we're okay.' and I just looked at the Blockbuster guy and said, 'funny. super funny.' Little did I know it would lead to a full evening of pointing out funny movies. Even after we left him to go look at a movie he recommended, he would keep coming back with other recommendations -- it was nice of him but I really only wanted one movie and not the entire store's comedic selection :) We ended up getting "Be Cool" and "Hitch", the latter which my mom and I saw before but hey -- most Will Smith movies are hilarious so I was fine with watching it again :)

In more recent news, I got me a big nemo and eeyore today which I'm super happy about. I have two other nemo's (haha not that this is an addiction or anything..noo....) but today I wanted to get me a big one before the disney store one day stops selling it and I never have the chance again (haha and no, size doesn't matter. I love them all.) The eeyore came along too because it's 2 for $25 or 1 for $19.50 --- when the cashier notified me of this, I took promptly took my nemo, said i would be right back, and made my way back to plush-toy mountain :) Eeyore was also something I'd wanted for a while too (but he's a classic one so they'd likely get rid of nemo before him...hence the nemo priority queue). Anyhow, I picked him up and figured my Tigger would get a kick out of it. Tigger's my main squeeze ;-) needless to say, I ran around the house hugging my new friends, making mommy give them kisses, and showing my three nemo's to my brother (in order of size).

My brother said I was five years-old but we all know I'm four.

:) And now...back to the real world... :)
