So if you live your life in a three piece suit,
In a cocktail dress, or combat boots
You pick your path and you walk your truth
And the world will come round to you.

Pop the cork, a champagne glass
Raise to the future, drink to the past
Thank the Lord for the friends he cast,
In the play he wrote for you.

The "Lazy Way". Yes, that's right -- that's the section of the park where we had our area-wide picnic yesterday. Ironic but I guess we were all being lazy for the day -- except the higher ups who I know where talking shop talk. I hear you all! :)

Anyhow, it was a fun day of games and food. I'm really glad I helped plan this thing for everyone because 1. it meant i got to tell people to play the games and escape from participating (*grin*) and 2. it's fun to have a management role (HAH) over all these people -- course, i'm sure they didn't see it that way :) Games included "The Amazing Race" where I had people blindfolded and going through a 'lazer field' a la Catherine Zeta-Jones in Entrapment (great pictures of this). There was also "Fear Factor" and "The Apprentice" and "So You Think You Can Dance?". haha the latter was DEFINITELY amusing....video I got of the belly dancing was priceless :) The Apprentice also had some hilarious commercials going on, especially the one for rubber bands where one dev was a fly and the other used the rubber band to shoot him down: 101 uses for a rubber band :)

So, after a day in the sun, I came to the harsh realization that I was exhausted and sunburnt....haha no, no pictures! :)
