This weekend was super fun but a bit lacking on the work end of things...

First, I thought I would take a break on friday and bake cookies because I had this big craving for Joycie's/Meesh's cookies. Unfortunately, I'm not as culinarily-adept as the nsci's and decided that cutting back on ALL ingredients except flour would be a good idea. lol -- i was wrong. I also ran out/didn't have some ingredients so it came out....interesting enough :)

Also attempted to make food because I decided that somehow I was going to make something edible this weekend (yes, I have warped goals). So me and J made pasta with onion, tomato, prosciutto sauce and grilled, spiced chicken on the side. excellent team effort and minimal mess to clean up (which reminds me, i need to clean up the kitchen) :)

and....for about half the day i got snowboarding gear because I'm hoping to go next weekend if I can. We'll see how the snow is since it's SUPER warm here now but the mountains are still getting some good snowfall. I'll see how the work schedule and weather is like later.

for now...gotta run. duty calls ;) (and i want a brownie...seriously, girl's going to get big.)
